Capsuled in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller suits most application needs. For 1 outputs, the dc motor controller is appropriate. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). 8.5V~16V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Qualified to work in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher.
