With its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller fits the needs of most applications. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 9V~18V. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with -40°C~105°C TJ. The switching controller is capable of switching at the Up to 1MHz position.
