With its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller fits the needs of most applications. 1 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. dc controls with 7.6V~18V voltage are supplied and operated. Suitable for a -55°C~150°C TJ dc switcher. A switching controller such as this can switch at a value of Up to 1MHz . The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator.
