As a result of 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. It is capable of dealing with Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s). dc switching'sdc controls with 7.6V~18V voltage are supplied and operated. Suitable for work in a -40°C~105°C TJ dc switcher. This switching controller can switch at Up to 1MHz. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator.
