UCC39412PWTR Product Details

UCC39412PWTR Overview

As a result of the use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 8 terminations were made. A SWITCHING REGULATOR type of analog IC is equipped with this regulator voltage, which is the type of analog IC that is used in it. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 8-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Fixed output on its output pins. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at 0°C~70°C TJ. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 1.1V. 3.2V volts is DC DC switching regulator's maximum input voltage. With its peak reflow temperature of 260, this voltage regulator is essentially indestructible. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 1.25V is provided. I would like to point out that this voltage regulator belongs to the Switching Regulator or Controllers subcategory. There is a DC/DC regulator in this family that belongs to the UCC39412 family. At 3.3V volts, voltage regulator can provide voltage. The switching regulator operation of the system is controlled by 8 pins. The output voltage for this switching regulator should be kept at 3.3V at least. To meet its operating requirements, dc to dc voltage regulator can deliver a maximum output current of 60mA A. With a maximum output voltage of 3.3V, DC DC switching regulator has a very high efficiency. Without external influences, harley voltage regulator consumes 48μAA of quiescent current. Using 500kHz as the adjusting voltage regulator's switching frequency can improve reliability.
