UCC39422PWTRG4 Product Details

UCC39422PWTRG4 Overview

This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. 1.8V~8V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Suitable for a 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher. There is a switch at 150kHz~1.2MHz that can be used with this controller. dc dc regulator is made easier with Surface Mount. Enable, Frequency Control, Low Battery, Reset is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator. An analog IC SWITCHING CONTROLLER is connected to the switch converters. The switching converters's terminal (s) are designed at DUAL . A variety of terminations with 20 of dc switching. It includes PULSE WIDTH MODULATION as one of the control techniques dc dc converter ic adapts. DC switcher's input voltageis set to 3V. You can find other relevant dc to dc converter ics by searching "UCC39422". There are only 20 pins on switching converter. In particular, switching converter belongs to the Switching Regulator or Controllers family. DC regulator outputs 8V voltage according to the test statistics. The dc to dc regulator can only accept a maximum input voltage of 8V. Having a Surface Mount makes DC switcher ideal for most prototype and application designs. DC regulator's maximum frequency is 2MHz. The value of DC to DC voltage regulator is set to CONFIGURABLE PEAK CURRENT MODE; PROGRAMMABLE PFM TECHNIQUE in order to better satisfy the requirement. In order to run the voltage regulator dc to dc safely and reliably, users are advised to apply 8V. A value of 0.00065A is output as the maximum value of current.
