UCD90120RGCT Overview

There are 64 terminals connected to this power management, which makes it easy to mount. Packaging is in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). While this power management is operating, it will output Open Drain, Push-Pull as the output voltage. In order to maintain a stable supply current for the power management, 8mA is the recommended value. It is always advisable to use UCD90120, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer. Voltage supervisor can work with a supply temperature of 55mA at the most.
