The Texas Instruments ULN2003AIDRE4 is a 7-channel, high-voltage, high-current Darlington transistor array. It is designed to interface between low-level logic circuitry and high-current, high-voltage loads. The ULN2003AIDRE4 is housed in a 16-pin SOIC package and is rated for operation over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
Features: • 7 NPN Darlington transistors • Output current up to 500mA per channel • Output voltage up to 50V • Inputs compatible with TTL and CMOS logic • Internal clamp diodes for inductive loads • Low power dissipation • High noise immunity • High-temperature operation
Applications: • Motor control • Relay drivers • Lamp drivers • Solenoid drivers • Stepper motor drivers • High-voltage logic buffers • High-current switches
