The Texas Instruments ULN2003LVDR is a 16-pin integrated circuit (IC) power relay with N-channel transistors. It is a bipolar (BJT) transistor array designed for use in a variety of applications, including motor control, power switching, and signal switching. The ULN2003LVDR is capable of driving up to 500mA of current and can be used to control up to seven relays. It Features a wide operating voltage range of 4.5V to 18V and a low on-resistance of 0.2Ω.
