As far as the mounting terminals of this voltage supervisor are concerned, it has 5 in total. There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. During the reflow process, a peak temperature of 260 is specified for the package. The supervisor is always powered by a 2V volt supply. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. This power ic can be sub-categorized as Power Management Circuits. There are 5 pins on the supervisor. I should note that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should be at least 1V, which is the minimum supply voltage that should be applied.
