This voltage supervisor has a total of 4 mounting terminals that can be used for mounting. There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. To assist you, this PMIC includes SC-82 functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Voltage Detector products. During the reflow process, a peak temperature of 260 is specified for the package. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. By Surface Mount, IC management has been mounted.
