XC6122D645ER-G Overview

There are 6 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging is used. IC management is packaged as a 6-UFDFN Exposed Pad package. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Watchdog Circuit products. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. The mount is provided by Surface Mount. The power management system can be categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. The recommended mounting type is Surface Mount. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. During operation, this power management system outputs Open Drain or Open Collector.
