It is mounted through 6 terminals on the power management. There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. Please find attached 1 functions for your reference in this IC power. This power managment ic consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 260. The supervisor is always powered by a 2V volt supply. Power management is also possible to add other features such as DETECT VOLTAGE IS 1.8V to name a few. There are also other types of integrated circuits included in the supervisor, like POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT. Temperatures up to 125°C are possible. As a minimum, PMIC chip should be able to operate at a temperature of -40°C.
