XC9220B09AMR-G Overview
The switching controller fits in the SC-74A, SOT-753 package and is ideal for most applications. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 1 numbers. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tape & Reel (TR) enclosure. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. 2.8V~16V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~85°C TA rating. There is a switch at 1MHz that can be used with this controller. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. Switching control is made easier with the dcdc regulator's Enable, Soft Start. An analog IC with the SWITCHING CONTROLLER signal is connected to the switch converters.
