XC9265A371MR-G Overview
This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. There are 5 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the SWITCHING REGULATOR type. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 3.6V is provided. A voltage of 3.7V volts can be generated by DC DC switching regulator. The maximal operating temperature of voltage regulator should be less than or equal to 85°C. DC DC switching regulator's operating temperatures must exceed -40°C. Unique technique can be used to allow DC DC switching regulator's input voltages with maximal values of 6V. Input voltages as low as 2V can be applied to this switching regulator.
