XC9265B12B4R-G Overview
For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 6 terminations. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHING REGULATOR voltage regulator. An input voltage of 3.6V is required for switching regulator operation. Voltage can be produced at 1.25V volts by voltage regulator. 85°C is the DC DC switching regulator's maximum operating temperature. Adjusting voltage regulator should be possible to operate the machine at a temperature higher than -40°C. Unique technique can be used to allow DC DC switching regulator's input voltages with maximal values of 6V. Switching regulators with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2V are permitted.
