XC9265B23B4R-G Overview

It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 6 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 3.6V is provided. Voltage regulator is capable of giving voltage at 2.35V volts. There should be no temperature above or below 85°C at which the DC DC switching regulator's maximum operating temperature can be reached. DC DC switching regulator's operating temperatures must exceed -40°C. Unique technique can be used to allow DC DC switching regulator's input voltages with maximal values of 6V. Input voltages as low as 2V can be applied to this switching regulator.
