XC9265B37B4R-G Overview
It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. There are 6 terminations in this voltage regulator. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHING REGULATOR. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 3.6V is provided. A voltage of 3.75V volts can be generated by DC DC switching regulator. 85°C should be the DC DC switching regulator's maximum operating temperature. It is recommended that the minimum operating temperature of voltage regulator 12v exceeds -40°C. A technique allows for the dc to dc voltage regulator's input voltage to have a maximum value of 6V. It is provided with a dc to dc voltage regulator's voltage input (Min) for 2V.
