XC9265C271MR-G Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. In this voltage regulator, 5 terminations are present. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. An input voltage of 3.6V is required for switching regulator operation. At 2.7V volts, voltage regulator can provide voltage. DC DC switching regulator's DC DC switching regulator's operating temperatures should not exceed 85°C. DC DC switching regulator's operating temperatures should exceed -40°C at all times. DC DC switching regulator's input voltage with the maximal value of 6V can be permitted on the basis of a unique technique. The switching regulator allows an input voltage of 2V as a minimum.
