XC9301A243MR-G Overview

It comes in a SC-74A, SOT-753 package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. dc motor controller is suitable for 1 output generation. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. Fixed dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. dc control's supply and operating voltages are 2V~10V. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with -40°C~85°C. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 300kHz position. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general.
