XC9301A342MR-G Overview

The switching controller fits in the SC-74A, SOT-753 package and is ideal for most applications. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. It is capable of handling Fixed dc switching's outputs (s). This dc control has a supply voltage and operating voltage of 2V~10V. Qualified to work in a -40°C~85°C dc switcher. Switching can be done at 180kHz with this switching controller. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator.
