XC9301A373MR-G Overview

In the SC-74A, SOT-753 package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. For outputs of 1, this dc motor controller is suitable. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. It is capable of handling Fixed dc switching's outputs (s). 2V~10V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Suitable for work in a -40°C~85°C dc switcher. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 300kHz position. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Enable is included in the dcdc regulator. It belongs to the dc to dc voltage regulator series XC9301.
