XC9301A462MR-G Overview

Capsuled in the SC-74A, SOT-753 package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. dc motor controller is suitable for 1 output generation. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure around the pmic. The program can handle Fixed dc switching's outputs (s). Voltages 2V~10V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~85°C. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to 180kHz. dc dc regulator is made easier with Surface Mount. Enable provides dcdc regulator efficient switching control. It belongs to the XC9301 series of dc to dc voltage regulator.
