XC9302A533MR-G Overview

Capsuled in the SC-74A, SOT-753 package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure protects the pmic. A total of Fixed dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. A 2V~10V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Qualified to work in a -40°C~85°C dc switcher. It can switch at 300kHz. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount. To provide efficient switching control, Enable is included in the dcdc regulator. It belongs to the dc to dc voltage regulator series XC9302.
