XC9503B095DR-G Overview

Capsuled in the 10-UFDFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller suits most application needs. dc motor controller is suitable for 2 output generation. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tape & Reel (TR) rating. It is capable of handling PWM Signal dc switching's outputs (s). A 2V~10V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Worked in a -40°C~85°C dc switcher before. Switching can be done at 500kHz with this switching controller. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. Enable is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator. It belongs to the XC9503 series of dc to dc voltage regulator.
