XC9505B095AR-G Overview

Capsuled in the 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. dc motor controller is suitable for 2 output generation. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). PWM Signal dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. DC control operates at 2V~10V volts and has 2V~10V supply voltage. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~85°C. With this switching controller, you can switch at 500kHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. Switching control is made easier with the dcdc regulator's Enable. XC9505 series dc to dc voltage regulator belong to this series.
