XD9261B2CCER-Q Overview

It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 6-UFDFN Exposed Pad package. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Fixed output. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~105°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 1.2MHz. Input voltage 2.7V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is 2.25V. It features maximum design flexibility due to dc to dc voltage regulator's 1.5A output current. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 5.5V.
