XC25BS7001MR-G Overview

As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The SOT-25 package embeds this Clock PLL. As you can see, it consists of 5 terminations. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 3.3V. There is a Clock PLL called Clock which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. Using 1 circuits, the electronic part's full performance can be accessed. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 100MHz maximum. Featuring an impressive low-temperature operating performance and -40°C functions, this clock generator is sure to impress. With attenuated performance, this RF synthesizer can survive at 85°C. The thermal destruction of an element may result from an excess of supply current (higher than 6mA).
