An interesting TSSOP package is used. As part of the external packaging, this logical driver uses the Tape & Reel (TR) form factor. The 2 elements all play a role. Surface Mount applications can be used with digital buffer. A 20-pin connector is used. Each element employs 4 bits. It uses 4μA when quiescent. As low as -40°C is not a problem for it to operate. An ambient temperature of no more than 125°C should be used. The low-level output mode outputs 8mA. It is possible that the electronic part may conduct 8mA current in high-level output mode. It is strongly recommended that you use at least a voltage of 2V when operating this buffer. There is a maximum supply voltage rating of 5.5V.
