Using a TSSOP package makes it very easy to use. As you can see, this voltage buffer is packaged externally in the Tape & Reel (TR) package. Transceiver utilizes all 1 elements. There are 20 terminations on this ethernet transceiver, all of which perform different functions. 5V is required for its operation. This logical driver is a member of the AHCT/VHCT/VT family. A total of Surface Mount applications can be accommodated by logical driver. A total of 20 pins are present on digital buffer. With 2 ports, this logic device is enhanced. For each element, 8 bits are used. During quiescence, the electronic part uses 4μA. Users should apply 5V to the electronic part to ensure safe and stable operation in a circuit. Under a temperature of -40°C, buffers can operate. Ambient temperatures should not exceed 125°C. When it is set to low-level output, voltage buffer outputs 8mA. It is possible for the electronic part to conduct 8mA of current when operating on high-level output mode. There should be a voltage at least of 4.5V used to run this buffer. As far as maximum supply voltage is concerned, it is rated at 5.5V. Bus transceivers such as this are called BUS DRIVER ICs.
