TC4093BF(EL,N,F) Overview
In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tape and Reel is used. There are 14 pins injected into the part body. Many applications use this logic device with Surface Mount mounting. When the part is quiescent, 4 nA current flows through it. In environments above 85 °C, the device should not operate. The part should operate at -40 °C degrees according to test statistics. As a rule, users should not exceed 18 V volts when powering the device. A low voltage of 3 V should be applied to the part.
