TC74HC03AF(F) Overview
To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tube is used. Into the part body are injected 14 pins. Many applications require the use of this logic device with its Surface Mount mounting. The datasheets for the 14 pins explain the functions. Parts in quiescent state carry 1 µA current. This device has 1 outputs. During operation, there are 4 elements. A device cannot function in an environment that exceeds 85 °C. Based on test statistics, the part's minimal operating temperature would be -40 °C. It is not recommended for users to supply devices with voltage exceeding 6 V in normalcircumstances. There should be 2 V voltage fed to the part below 2 V. In a Open Drain fashion, this part outputs.
