TC7SZ17AFS(TPL3) Overview

An interesting SOT-953 package is used. Surface Mount applications can be used with digital buffer. A 5-pin connector is used. Each element employs 1 bits. As low as -40°C is not a problem for it to operate. An ambient temperature of no more than 85°C should be used. The low-level output mode outputs 32mA. It is possible that the electronic part may conduct 32mA current in high-level output mode. It is strongly recommended that you use at least a voltage of 1.65V when operating this buffer. There is a maximum supply voltage rating of 5.5V.
