Logical driver uses a neat SC-74A, SOT-753 package. Cut Tape (CT) external packaging. Available in Surface Mount. Voltage buffer adopts Buffer, Non-Inverting logic prototype. Buffer IC is fed with a voltage of 4.5V~5.5V. Qualified to operate within -40°C~85°C TA. The high and low logic state output current of logical driver is 8mA 8mA. Logical driver can deal with Push-Pull output (s). Digital buffer is one of the TC7SET series devices. 5 terminations with different functions. Buffer IC reuqires a supply voltage of 5V. Buffer IC is suitable for Surface Mount applications. Logical driver has 5 pins. Specifically, digital transciever is a kind of Gates. In quiescent state, the electronic part uses 2μA.
