TS9004ISN16TP Overview
In order to make transportation easier, it is packaged in SOIC .A comparator with an output type of TTL is being used.A total of 4 elements can be found in it.There is a Surface Mount on the board for mounting to a PCB or other board.In general, temperatures higher than 85°C are not recommended.Comparator electronics will not be able to function at temperatures below -40°C .A 40mA output current is specified for this device.
