TMC8460-BI Overview

The 400-LFBGA package contains it. It's packaged in the shape of a Tray. To ensure reliable operation, the temperature should be regulated to -40°C~100°C TJ. It should be able to operate on a 1.14V~1.26V 3.15V~3.45VV power supply. 400 pins are used for operation. The EtherCAT® series includes this electrical component.
