OP955 Product Details
OP955 Overview
Photodiodes are enclosed in Bulk to prevent damage. Photodiodes are packaged in Radial packages in order to ensure their safety. Continuous reverse-bias means the photodiodes can withstand only 60V voltage. When reverse-biased, the photodiodes should not continually exceed 60V. Photodiodes have pins 2. There is a possibility that photodiodes could release 100mW heat within a circuit. As a rule of thumb, when photodiodes are operating, the temperature should not exceed 100°C. The minimum operating temperature for the photodiodes, however, should be set to -40°C. When the photodiodes were operated in reverse bias, they would supply the voltage 60V. There is 1nA current flowing through a photodiode even in the absence of light input.
