To protect the photodiodes, they are packed in the Tape & Reel (TR). Photodiodes are protected by SMD/SMT packages in order to ensure their safety. When reverse-bias is applied continuously, the photodiodes are able to withstand only 60V voltage. A reverse-bias photodiode shouldn't exceed 60V continuously in reverse-bias mode. Pins 2 are present on the photodiodes. While photodiodes are operating, the temperature should not exceed 85°C. But the photodiodes should operate at a temperature of -25°C. Photodiodes are supposed to operate at 1.2V voltage. The photodiodes provided 60V when reverse-biased. A photodiode occurs even at 60nA current without light input.
