OPF793 Overview
To protect them from damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Tray. When reverse-biased continuously, photodiodes can withstand a maximum voltage of 50V. When operating in reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes should not exceed 50V. Photodiodes should operate at a temperature of 85°C. In spite of this, the photodiodes should be operated at a minimum operating temperature of -40°C. Reverse-biased photodiodes could supply 100V voltage. In the absence of light input, a photodiode produces 500pA current.
