PI3303-20-LGIZ Overview
It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tray package. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 123 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 123-BLGA Module package. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable (Fixed) output on its output pins. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~125°C TJ when operating. There is a switching frequency of 1.4MHz for this voltage regulator 12v. There is no dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage requirement for this regulator. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 6.5V 12V. 36V volts is DC DC switching regulator's maximum input voltage.
