NTCC300E4203FT Overview
There is a package of a Tape & Reel (TR) in which NTC thermistors can be found. We have included it in the Die package for your convenience. As a result, NTC thermistors must have a resistance tolerance of ±1% in order to function correctly. NTC thermistors should be set to -55°C~175°C temperature in order to provide reliable performance. A maximum operating temperature of 175°C ensures that NTC thermistors can operate reliably. In order to keep their reliability up, NTC thermistors can operate at -55°C. In the NTC thermometers, 50mW is the maximum power setting. Thermistors with NTC technology can dissipate up to 50mW of power.
