NTC thermistors comes in the package of a Tape & Reel (TR). For convenience, it is included in the 0805 (2012 Metric) package. The resistance tolerance for NTC thermistors is ±3% to make it work. To ensure reliable performance, the temperature of NTC thermistors should be set to -40°C~150°C. The maximum operating temperature of 150°C allows for reliable operation of NTC thermistors.
