NTC thermistors comes in the package of a Tape & Reel (TR). For convenience, it is included in the 0805 (2012 Metric) package. The resistance tolerance for NTC thermistors is ±5% to make it work. The maximum operating temperature of 125°C allows for reliable operation of NTC thermistors. For reliability, NTC thermistors can operate at a minimum temperature of -40°C. For the NTC thermistors to work properly, 2 pins must be connected in order to make it work.
