TFPT1206L1001FZ Overview

The PTC thermistors are put into 1206 (3216 Metric) packages to protect the devices from damage. These PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) for safety protection. The minimum operating temperature for the PTC thermistors should be set to -55°C. To make sure this thermistor works, the operating temperature must not exceed 150°C. There are 2 pins in this thermistor. The PTC thermistors could supply 50V voltage when it operates.
