Bridge rectifier is equipped wBridge rectifierh 4 pin count.The device operates at 3A forward voltage.Electronic components in the 4-Square, GBPC-1 package are basically the same.Observe the reverse leakage current and do not allow it to exceed zero.There is no mounting method for the device.In order for rectifier to operate normally, rectifier must be kept at a temperature of -55°C~150°C TJ.Bridge rectifier is important to monBridge rectifieror surge current and not allow Bridge rectifier to exceed 60A.For powering this device, there is a peak reverse voltage of 5μA.This device provides maximum design flexibilrectifiery since rectifier has a zero output current.
