The reverse voltage should be 480V.Devices like this have an average rectified current of 6A volts.Forward current may not exceed 22A.There is no maximum value for 400A surge current.Phase diode rectifier is possible to produce a maximum output current by setting the output current to 6A.Based on the data charts in the datasheets, the peak reverse is 5μA.
