A reverse voltage of 400V is reasonable.Devices like this have an average rectified current of 3A volts.Forward current is allowed to reach a value of zero.Surge currents can be used up to 125A.There is no maximum output current when the value is 4A.Datasheets indicate that the peak reverse is 10μA.
