W10G-E4/51 Overview
The device has 4 pins.In this device, the forward voltage is 1.5A.There are a number of related parts that can be identified using the base part number W10.Basically, it's an electronic component with a 4-Circular, WOG package.A monitoring should be done of the reverse leakage current and it should not be allowed to exceed zero.There is no mounting method for the device.At -55°C~150°C TJ, the device operates normally.Surge current should be monitored and not be allowed to exceed 50A.Using a reverse voltage of 5μA, this device can be powered.As a result of its 1.5A output current, it provides maximum design flexibility.
