BPV22F Product Details
BPV22F Overview
It is important to note that these photodiodes are packaged in Bulk to prevent damage. In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into Radial, Side View packages. A continuous voltage of 60V should not be applied to the photodiodes in reverse-bias mode. 2 pins are present on the photodiodes. Within a circuit, photodiodes may emit heat 215mW. A reverse anode voltage of 60V should be applied to the photodiodes. A circuit should experience a maximum heat release of 215mW when photodiodes are used. With the reverse voltage of 60V, the photodiodes can operate properly. Current should flow across a photodiode at 1.3V. In order for photodiodes to function properly, the breakdown voltage must be 60V. In the absence of light input, a photodiode produces a 2nA current.
