BPW82 Overview


To protect the photodiodes, they are packed in the Bulk. Photodiodes are protected by 2-DIP packages in order to ensure their safety. A reverse-bias photodiode shouldn't exceed 60V continuously in reverse-bias mode. Pins 2 are present on the photodiodes. When the photodiodes are placed in a circuit, they may produce heat 215mW. For the photodiodes, the reverse anode voltage should be 60V. Ensure photodiodes work by setting the breakdown voltage to 60V. The photodiodes provided 60V when reverse-biased. A photodiode occurs even at 2nA current without light input.
